5. Pricing and Invoicing
5.1 General Pricing
All prices are stated in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and exclude GST unless otherwise stated.
Pricing may be advertised on our website or agreed upon in writing before work commences. All services are subject to availability and acceptance by Weza Software Solutions.
5.2 Consultation Services
Consultation services are charged at $30 per 30-minute session, payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Where a consultation results in a confirmed web or software project, Weza Software Solutions may, at its discretion, deduct the consultation fee from the final project cost.
5.3 Web Design and Development
Website design and development services are offered as:
Fixed-price packages, or
Custom quotations based on project scope
Pricing and deliverables will be confirmed in writing and may include:
Defined scope of work
Revision limits
Project timelines
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all website projects require an ongoing Website Care Plan subscription following launch.
5.4 Custom Software Development
Custom software development is priced based on project scope, complexity, and delivery milestones.
Clients may be required to complete a paid discovery or planning phase prior to development. This phase may include requirements analysis, technical planning, and cost estimation.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
A deposit is required before work begins
Remaining payments are invoiced according to agreed milestones
Final delivery is subject to full payment
Ongoing maintenance, updates, or support may be provided under a separate monthly support retainer.
5.5 Subscriptions and Ongoing Services
Website Care Plans
Website Care Plans are billed on a pre-paid subscription basis and may include hosting, maintenance, updates, security monitoring, and support.
Current subscription options include:
Monthly Subscription: $50 per month, billed every 29 days
Yearly Subscription: $600 per year, billed annually in advance
Subscription pricing may be revised with reasonable notice.
5.6 Invoicing and Payment Terms
Invoices must be paid within 14 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise stated in writing.
Failure to pay an invoice by the due date may result in:
Suspension of services without notice
Withholding of deliverables
Termination of subscriptions or support services
Weza Limited reserves the right to recover reasonable costs associated with overdue payments.
5.7 Pricing Adjustments
Weza Software Solutions reserves the right to:
Adjust pricing for new services or renewals
Revise subscription fees with prior notice
Requote projects where scope changes occur
All pricing changes will be communicated in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability
While Weza Software Solutions takes reasonable care to ensure reliable service delivery, we make no guarantees that the website or services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully meet all expectations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Weza Limited shall not be liable for:
Website downtime or access interruptions
Loss or damage arising from reliance on website content
Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, where applicable.
